My work here at Seashore Homes Realty is about dreams--your dreams. It’s about your vision of a beach home that welcomes and nurtures your loved ones and friends, restores your energy, and helps you rediscover your joy and your peace of mind. This dream has a different shape, and a different place, for each of us. We help you find the one that’s been waiting for you.

After a first career in high-tech, which took me from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, I chose a second career in real-estate so I could build a brokerage in an industry that uses my business and marketing acumen, while offering a truly personal touch. A business that succeeds through the success of our clients.

As we help you succeed in finding your dream, we are also vigorous about managing the business details of each transaction, and safeguarding the financial objectives and interests of our clients. Our knowledge and experience provides a real advantage for our clients when managing the increasing intricacies of a real estate transaction, and the unique rules and regulations that govern property near the ocean.

My wife, Erica, and I are passionate about the coast, and the lifestyle that a beach home offers. We love the arts, and are grateful for the vibrant artistic community on Oregon’s central coast, especially since I'm a musician myself and enjoy local performing opportunities.

If you’ve been dreaming of a beach home, a small pied a terre near the sea, or a property that’s part beach home and part investment, give us a call. Turning these dreams into reality is what we do each day. We’d love to help.

Turning real estate dreams into reality on the central Oregon Coast is an honor  and a privilege for me! I love matching people with their perfect homes and I enjoy showing clients as many properties as they need in order to feel comfortable in their decisions. I forge open lines of communication with my  buyers and sellers, keeping them informed at all times. And when it comes to the  closing table, I always advocate for your best interests to yield exceptional results.

Prior to the start of my real estate career, I worked as an underwriter for a multinational insurance company. I also co-owned and operated an interior design and home staging business in California before moving to Oregon—experience I continue to draw on when helping customers prepare homes for sale or reimagine properties they’re considering. Early in my career, after traveling the world with the Air Force, I lived and worked in Japan as a civilian. All of these life enriching experiences inform my approach to serving the individuals and families I represent as a broker today.

The Oregon Coast is a wonderfully unique and tranquil place to settle, vacation or invest. I feel connected to this area and its natural beauty and I welcome the chance to introduce you to all that it has to offer. When you’re ready to take that next step toward your dream home on the Oregon Coast, I’m here to assist you in any way possible along with my exceptional colleagues here at Seashore Homes Realty.

I'm all about people. I believe "home" means something different to each person and is a fundamental part of who we are. This is why I agree with my dad, Roland, that a real estate brokerage is more than a house-buying office and a broker is way more than a salesperson. This is about real people, real lives and the outcomes that affect them. I love being a part of that experience by running the Seashore Homes office and creating our online presence to reflect our ethos.

I've been coming to Oregon's Central Coast all my life - as a child with my family on vacations - and for the last 20 years, to visit my folks who eventually decided to call Newport home. Recently, I took a break from my field in mental health therapy and moved from Portland to Newport to be a part of our family business - Seashore Homes Realty. It's a family business dedicated to its clients, to doing good in the world and to making a difference in people's lives.
